Very friendly staff, great restaurant and breakfast. Room reservation upgraded free of charge to best room in hotel. Good choice for classical music performances. Nice room with balcony. Sauna was great. Delicious restaurant. Pride in property.

We recently went on a romantic escape and stayed at a hotel in Austria. The room was fantastic, with lovely balcony and ample space for us to move around. We enjoyed the sauna and the restaurant food was delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the location, which was perfect for exploring the local area and enjoying classical music performances nearby. Lastly, the views were breathtaking.
Our stay was great and we did not have any significant negative experiences. The only issue we had was with the shower, which took some time to heat up.
